China Top Program

At Degussa China, we provide great opportunities for individual development and growth. We offer our managers and future leaders a special training program with concrete measures to support them in their current position and / or develop them for a new position. This 6-month program prepares up-and-coming managers for their future tasks. The goals are to develop and foster key qualifications and help employees to enhance their individual competencies. In alternating seminar and transfer phases, the participants learn how to develop their social, personal, and methodical skills and make constructive contributions to a wide range of situations. An additional benefit is that the participants build up a cross-divisional network of important contacts in the company.
