Trainee Program

The Degussa Trainee Program offers to well-performed graduates an opportunity  to gain experience in different Business Units and Functions within 18-24 months. At the beginning of the trainee-program, you will be assigned to a mentor who will give you career support and training in specific skills. During your traineeship you will also receive training in different areas such as project management, presentation skills, etc.
