Coatings & Colorants is a global leader in the core areas of crosslinkers, polyesters, performance resins and colorants, serving the markets for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants.

At the beginning of 2006, its new manufacturing facilities, 9000t/a of polyester resin and 8500t/a of colorant, went on stream in Shanghai, China.
Since January 1, 2006, the business line Tego Coating & Ink Additives is part of the Coatings & Colorant Business Unit. As a specialist for the paints and inks industry, Tego Coating & Ink Additives produces additives, waterproofing agents and heat-resistant silicone binding agents.
