Degussa China identified as  "China's Top Employer, 2007, Shanghai Region"

Approaching the crown of the year, and after several months'  comprehensive survey, Degussa has been identified as  "China's Top employer, 2007, Shanghai Region" .
 

The current Labor Market situation in China is not unique and has lead many companies to spend considerable attention and resources to good employer-ship and employer branding. Working hard to improve their performance only as a Good Employer is not enough and has to coincide with drawing attention to those achievements. 

China's Top Employers 2007 Shanghai Region is unique in China as it combines Benchmarking, Promotion and Publication in one. This project is not ranking the companies who is the best but putting emphasis on Talent Attraction and Retention.
